Yes| Price you paid?: $100.00| Rating: 0 Pros: Fun to shoot, Hammer Block Safety Cons: Needs 4.75' barrel for better balance. Hammer Block Safety This is my favorite gun to bring to the range. It fits nicely in my hand and has a little front weight given its longish 6.5 inch barrel. It has the four click hammer pull of a real Colt and eats any brand I feed it. Fit and finish are good for the price but I have noticed that after four years of use, the bluing of the barrel has turned slightly lighter than the rest of the revolver. I also srcubbed the bluing off the inside of the ejector rod housing in a moment of over zealous cleaning with a wire crush and cleaning chemical.

I have hit targets at 25 yards with it and have the most consistant shooting results with this revolver. I can shoot all day with the.22lr cylinder and shooting with the.22 is just plain fun! (I also noticed better accuracy with the.22 magnum rounds as well.) If you want to dress it up, Heritage sells a dizzying array of grips for it. Plus they sell Holsters, Belts, Cylinder Pouches, Ammo Pouches, and Cowboy Wrist Cuffs in either plain or fancy.

Yes| Price you paid?: None indicated| Rating: 7 Pros: Low price, and extreme fun factor Cons: Mine spits lead after a lot of rounds have gone through it. Cleaning is highly recommended. This was the last pistol I bought before the Clinton gun ban went into effect.
It was a spur of the moment purchase that I've never regreted. It has been a source of family fun for 15 years with 3 of my 4 sons ( the oldest had already moved out), and my 2 oldest grandkids.
Review Date: Wed April 29, 2009 Would you recommend the product? Yes| Price you paid?: $159.00| Rating: 8 Pros: Great price for a reliable safe gun. Cons: Slightly rough action when compared to more expensive brands/versions Great gun to own.
Not as smooth cycling as the Ruger Single Six but no where near as expensive. It's well worth the money, since it is so inexpensive, so you won't regret buying one. The external safety, while excessive, is great for teaching new shooters proper gun handling technique. It is very handy for young shooters who still have small hands or those unfamiliar with firearms.
Makes for a safe way to decock the weapon. Would highly recommend for those just starting in the shooting world. Review Date: Thu October 8, 2009 Would you recommend the product? Yes| Price you paid?: $95.00| Rating: 8 Pros: Priced to fly out the door, good construction.

Reasonable accuracy. Cons: Grips needed to sanded down to give a bit better wood to metal fit.
Not as smooth as Ruger's Single Six, but I can live with the difference, and it would take a lot of extra shooting to make up the difference in price to a Ruger. Review Date: Fri March 5, 2010 Would you recommend the product? Yes| Price you paid?: None indicated| Rating: 7 Pros: looks cool, low price Cons: magnum cylinder doesnt work A friend of mine actually owns this gun.but my children and I have shot it quite a bit.

The bluing on this gun is actually quite nice considering the price. The trigger pull was decent, and the gun seemed accurate enough, but the magnum cylinder does not work. The guy that owns this gun contacted the company, and they told him if the serial number was 49XXX or lower, they wouldn't even TRY to fix it. And even if it was newer than that, they would check the cylinders specs and send him a new one if need be. My son wants one, and quite frankly for the price.even if the magnum cylinder doesn't work on it either, the fun the kids will have will be worth the 150 bucks.
